Deep Water
Join us as Tracy shares how Jesus invites us into a life shaped by trust, surrender, and the presence of the Holy Spirit. Ezekiel pictures this life as a river flowing out of God’s presence, growing deeper until the water is deep enough to swim in. Everywhere the river flows, life follows. Jesus later invites anyone who is thirsty to come to Him and drink, promising rivers of living water through the Holy Spirit.
Deep water brings us to a place of trust. We learn to loosen our grip on control, bring our fears and insecurities honestly to God, stay close to Jesus, and allow the Holy Spirit to lead. Some days trust comes easily. Other days it takes courage simply to keep saying yes.
As we become increasingly available to the Holy Spirit, He forms the life of Jesus within us. His life reaches deeper places in our hearts and begins to flow through us in love, forgiveness, faithfulness, humility, healing, and hope.
📖 In This Video, We Chat About:
- What Ezekiel’s vision of deep water shows us about life with God
- How Jesus connects living water with the Holy Spirit
- Why deep water exposes where our trust really rests
- How yielding to the Holy Spirit forms the life of Jesus within us
🙏 Join us on this journey as we learn to follow Jesus in our everyday life. This is for anyone looking to deepen their faith or find some answers. This message gives a fresh view on understanding God's love and His plans for us.
- Uncover how Ezekiel’s river points toward the life that flows from God’s presence
- Recognize where fear, control, or insecurity may be shaping your ability to trust God
- Learn how staying close to Jesus helps us become increasingly available to the Holy Spirit
💡 Highlights of the Sermon:
- Life flourishes wherever the presence of God flows
- Deep water invites us to grow in trust and surrender
- The Holy Spirit forms the life of Jesus within us as we yield to Him
